Frequently Asked Questions

How do I record a reaction?

Tap the + button on the home screen, choose a video from your library, then tap "React to Selected Video." When you're ready, press the record button to start capturing your reaction. Press it again to stop.

Where are my reactions saved?

Reactions are saved locally on your device. You can find them on the Reactify home screen. You can also export any reaction to your Photos library using the share button.

Can I import a video from another app?

Yes. From any app that supports sharing (Safari, Messages, etc.), tap the share icon and select Reactify from the share sheet. The video will open directly in the app ready to react to.

Why does Reactify need camera and microphone access?

The camera and microphone are used to record your real-time reaction while the video plays. This footage is combined with the original video on your device and never uploaded anywhere.

How do I delete a reaction?

On the home screen, long-press a reaction to reveal the delete option, then confirm. This removes the reaction from Reactify. If you previously exported it to Photos, it will remain there.

The app is not working as expected. What should I do?

First, go to Settings > Privacy & Security and make sure Reactify has access to Camera, Microphone, and Photos. Missing permissions are the most common cause of unexpected behavior. If everything looks correct, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, send an email describing what happened and which iPhone model and iOS version you're using.

Privacy
